Office Mails

It bothers me that some people sign off with short forms. In most normal circumstances, I use "Regards", "Best Regards" or if I really like that client, "Warmest Regards". As I do not use signatures, I type every word out in every mail.

I'm highly doubtful of any sincerity in a mail that is signed off with, "Rgds" because the person couldn't care to spell it out. If you're unable to do so, then use the signature function. Self-appointed truncations are the bane!

At least your company doesn't circulate emails about people you'll never meet or know from people you'll never meet or know. O_o
